  • The Peacocks are coming off of a 66-62 loss versus Morgan State this past Monday.

  • Brown has been a big factor for the Peacocks this season. She leads the team in minutes per game (31.6), scoring (13.8), rebounds per game (10.8), steals (16), assists (12), and blocks (2). 
  • Senior guard Kourtney Crane had her best game of the season on Monday. She tallied season highs in points (15) and rebounds (7).
  • Graduate guard Kendrea Williams is second on the team in scoring, averaging 12.8 points per game.
  • Senior guard Binta Salawu has been a steady force for the Peacocks as she continues to lead the offense. She averages 29.5 minutes per game, as well as scoring 7.7 points per game.

Something's Gotta Give!

  • The Peacocks are on a three game losing streak, dropping their last two matches against Howard, NJIT, and Morgan State.
  • This is the longest losing streak of the season, as they dropped their first two games of the season against Rutgers and Lehigh.
  • Saint Peter's hasn't lost four straight games since last season, when they dropped six straight over a time period that spanned from December into January.
  • Delaware State has not won a contest this season.

Close Calls

  • Despite losing five games on the season, the Peacocks have shown great fight in those games, rarely going away.
  • In the opening matchup with Rutgers, the Peacocks trailed by as many as 16 points in the third quarter, and fought back to get it to within five in that same quarter.
  • Against Howard last Sunday, Saint Peter's trailed by as many as 13 points in the fourth, but were able to shave the deficit to six in that same quarter.
  • Against NJIT last time out, the Peacocks trailed by as many as 16 before getting the NJIT lead down to just four points in the fourth quarter.
  • In the matchup with Morgan State, the two teams were neck and neck the whole way, as neither team possessed more than an eight point lead. The Lady Bears pulled away late.

  • The Peacocks are back in action on Saturday, December 11, as they continue the regular season with a non-conference matchup against Coppin State in Run Baby Run Arena. The team will also be honoring four seniors for senior day. Tip-off is scheduled for 2 p.m.
