Wagner Gets Past Baseball on Wednesday

The Peacocks lost to Wagner 13-3

STATEN ISLAND, NY – The Saint Peter's baseball team dropped a mid-week meeting at Wagner, falling in the contest 13-3.
 
Game Notes
  • Saint Peter's first run of the game came in the second inning when Jared Paladino scored from third after a throwing error by Wagner.
  • The Peacocks' final two runs came in the seventh inning following Jared Quintero's RBI single with bases loaded that scored Anthony Ramos and Trent Koerner. 
  • Wagner scored runs in all but the eighth inning, leading to the 13 runs.
 
Inside the Numbers
  • Ferony went 2 for 4 for the second straight game to lead the Peacocks.
  • Quintero led the team with the lone RBI.
