Clinton, S.C.- Saint Peter's Baseball dropped both games of Saturday's doubleheader against Presbyterian College.
Game One Recap
- In the first half of the doubleheader, Saint Peter's lost by 10 runs, 16-6.
- Presbyterian pulled away early with a 12-0 lead in the fifth inning.
- Unfortunately for Saint Peter's, the deficit was too much to overcome.
- Tyler Cotten was a key part of Saint Peter's offense following his two-run home run in the sixth inning.
Game Two Recap
- After taking a 2-0 lead in the first inning, Presbyterian piled on the scoring with a six-run third inning.
- Ashby Vining was hit by a pitch, which brought in Tyler DeClusin as a run.
- Presbyterian added five additional runs in the sixth inning.
- The Blue Hose went on to win the game, 16-1.
Saint Peter's will close out its series against Presbyterian on Sunday at 12 p.m.
