Clinton, S.C.- Saint Peter's Baseball lost the final game of a four-game series to Presbyterian, 16-3, on Sunday afternoon.
Game Notes
- Unfortunately, the Peacocks were swept in four games by the Blue Hose in the opening series of the season.
- The game slipped away from Saint Peter's early following a seven-run first inning from Presbyterian.
- It turned out to be an insurmountable deficit for the Peacocks.
- After being held scoreless for four innings, Tyler Cotten drilled a two-run home run in the fifth inning.
- Joseph Lomangino recorded an RBI double for Saint Peter's in the second inning.
- Saint Peter's recorded five total hits on the afternoon.
Saint Peter's will look for its first win of the season when the Peacocks face Coppin State University next Friday, Feb. 23 through Sunday, Feb. 25 in Baltimore, Md.
