JERSEY CITY, NJ. - The Saint Peter's volleyball team hosted its annual breast cancer awareness match at the Yanitelli Center on Saturday. The Peacocks fell to Iona (12-13) three sets to none.

Mackenzie Tucker led the Peacocks in kills with four and blocks with two.

Lilly Konrad hit a team-high 10 digs and distributed a team-high five assists.

Madison Somberg, Sydney Kuzma, and Savina Trijullo converted one service ace each for the Peacocks.

The Gaels won the first two sets 25-16. In the third set Iona jumped out to a 12-0 advantage and took the set 25-12.

Morgan Madasz led Iona with 8 kills and two blocks.
Next, the Peacocks will close out the weekend with a match against Manhattan (7-17) on Sunday, Oct. 29 at the Yanitelli Center.
