TRENTON, N.J. – The Saint Peter's University baseball team lost to Wagner 17-6 on Tuesday afternoon. Junior infielder Jeff Massicotte and junior catcher Michael Cardone each had two RBIs.

How It Happened
- After two walks to open the game, sophomore outfielder Collin Jensen hit an RBI single to score graduate outfielder Tom Buckman. Massicotte hit an RBI sac fly to extend the Peacocks lead to two after the first.
- Wagner cut the lead in half in the first and then tied things up in the second.
- The Peacocks loaded the bases in the third, and then Massicotte grounded into another RBI to put Saint Peter's back in front. Freshman catcher Cole Watson did the same thing in the following at bat to double the lead.
- The Seahawks took the lead in the fourth after scoring three runs.
- Saint Peter's re-took the lead after Cardone hit a two RBI single to score Watson and junior infielder Sam Haney.
- Wagner took the lead in the sixth after scoring three runs. They scored nine more in the seventh.
