Women’s Soccer Aims for First Win of the Season versus Rider on Wednesday

The Kick Off:

• The Saint Peter's University women's soccer team continues Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference (MAAC) play when they host the Rider Broncs.
• The Peacocks enter the meeting 0-9, looking for their first win of the season.
• Last time out, the team lost at Monmouth by a score of 1-0.
• The Peacocks will be looking for their first conference win since September 26, 2019, when they beat Siena 1-0 in Loudonville, NY.

History with the Broncs:

• This will be the 26th meeting all-time between the Peacocks and the Broncs. 
• Saint Peter's has a 4-20-1 record all-time against Rider, dating back to 1997.
• Last time the two teams met, Rider beat Saint Peter's 1-0 in the abbreviated 2020-21 season on April 6 in Lawrenceville.
• The last time the Peacocks beat the Broncs was in 2011, when they won in Lawrenceville by a score of 2-1 on October 28.
