Coach DeWolfe on Edwards-- “A junior college transfer, Kristal was a member of the Division II National Championship team at Monroe College. A very athletic slashing-type wing who can shoot the three, Kristal shot 36 percent from the field in three point range last year. She is a quick player who can also play good defense, despite not playing much at the junior college level.”
2009-10-- Will sit a year of residence in accordance with NCAA Transfer regulations.
2008-09-- Played at Monroe College where she averaged 17.8 points a game as well as 4.9 assists and 4.3 steals...led her team to the National 3rd Place Finish in the Tournament and also was named to the Region Fifteen First Team.

Who most influenced your athletic career and why: My family and LeBron James because I was taught to never give up, go after whatever I want and I will get it. LeBron is my role model and I look to become as great as he is now. Through all the adversity he went through he never gave up and he made it so this is the path I have begun to follow.
