Biography
Coach DeWolfe on Young-- “Khadijah can play both guard positions and is a three point specialist. She has improved greatly as far as understanding what needs to be done on the court as the floor general when running the point. This season, we are really focusing on making her more offensive minded and develop the mindset to shoot whenever she’s open.”

My favorite thing about being a student-athlete is: Always being busy and doing what I love which is basketball.
Since my last competitive season the aspect of my training I’ve worked on the most is: Shooting and conditioning
Who most influenced your athletic career and why: My mother and father because they have been there for me since I started playing basketball in 3rd grade and my father coached me during my AAU career, all the way up to high-school.
Reason you chose your number: Choose the #24 because it stands for work hard 24/7 and was my AAU number
What is your biggest sports’ thrill: Winning
Pre-game Rituals: Listening to music, talk to teammates, & saying a prayer!
Greatest Sports Memory: Playing Wadsworth and hitting the game winning shot. We never beat Wadsworth and they were the best in the suburban league for years

Reason you chose Saint Peter’s: The school is a good fit for me because of its size, and I liked the coaching staff
Best part about being a Peacock: Learning life lessons on and off the court
Favorite thing to do on/around campus: Hang out with teammates and friends
One thing I really like about Saint Peter’s that most people wouldn’t know: I like the professors. They are really caring and concerned about the students and for the most part really want them to succeed.
