Lafayette Used Extra Innings To Get Past Saint Peter's

Jersey City, N.J.- Saint Peter's Baseball lost to Lafayette College, 7-6, on Wednesday afternoon at Jaroschak Field.

Game Notes  
  • The Leopards sealed the win in the 11th inning and avoided squandering a lead to the Peacocks.   
  • Lafayette's lead was as great as 6-1 in the fourth inning.  
  • The Peacocks' three-run fifth inning was anchored by RBIs from Ashby Vining and Joseph Lomangino.  
  • Vining added another RBI to his box score in the sixth inning. He finished the game with two RBIs for Saint Peter's.  
  • Blaze Fadio recorded Lafayette's game-winning RBI in the 11th inning.  
  • Wednesday's loss sent Saint Peter's record to 10-32.  
Saint Peter's will be on the road to face New Jersey Institute of Technology on April 30.
