- Logan Wenzel received the win and Drew DelCollo earned the save for the Peacocks.
- En route to his save, DelCollo did not give up any hits to Coppin State in the bottom of the ninth.
- Saint Peter's delivered 12 hits and two doubles.
- Brendon Wilson slugged a solo home run in the sixth inning for the Peacocks.
- The Peacocks will look to carry that offensive firepower into the rest of the weekend.
Saint Peter's will be back in action on Saturday at 1 p.m. for the second game of the three-game set at Coppin State.
