FAIRFIELD, CONN.- Saint Peter's University Men's Soccer lost to Sacred Heart University, 3-1, on Wednesday afternoon at Jaroschak Field.

- The Pioneers took a lead in the first half and never wavered the rest of the match.
- Javier Lopez Cayuela scored Sacred Heart's first goal and David Garcia Gallego recorded Sacred Heart's second goal in the 43rd minute.
- Saint Peter's Tim Strele scored the Peacocks' lone goal of the night in the 58th minute.
- Ahead of Saint Peter's 2-1, Matthias Dick sealed the win for the Pioneers with a 65th-minute goal.
