JERSEY CITY, N.J. – The Saint Peter's University baseball team lost to Rider 12-7 on Saturday afternoon. The Peacocks celebrated senior day prior to the contest, honoring Anthony Abbatine, Tom Buckman, Michael Bonaccorso, Mike Dipede, Nick Font, Chris Marquart, Joel Moore, and Ryan Wappaus.

- Rider scored five times in the first.
- Sophomore outfielder Collin Jensen hit an RBI single in the first to score graduate outfielder Tom Buckman. Junior infielder Jeff Massicotte hit a two-run home run in the next at bat.
- The Broncs scored two more runs in the second.
- Rider scored another in the fourth.
- Graduate catcher Joel Moore hit a three-run homer to left field in the sixth inning.
- Rider scored three times in the seventh.
- Senior outfielder Anthony Abbatine hit a deep home run to center field in the seventh.
- The Broncs scored again in the eighth.
