- The Peacocks are coming off of a 49-29 win over Marist in the first round of the MAAC Tournament. Sophomore forward Sky Castro led the team, scoring 9 points and grabbed a career high 19 rebounds.
- The Bobcats and Peacocks met twice already this season, with Quinnipiac winning both times. They played twice in four days. The Bobcats won the first game 79-66 in Hamden, CT and 75-53 in Jersey City, NJ.

What Did the Fox Say?
- Saint Peter's beat Marist for the second time this season last time out.
- The Peacocks held Marist to a season low 29 points. They also held Marist to 18% shooting and 5% from beyond the arc.
- According to stats.ncaa.org, Marist has never scored fewer than yesterday's total in a game (Data available to 1983-1984 season)
- That was the least amount of points the Peacocks have allowed since 11/25/1991, when they only surrendered 27 points to Morgan State.
All-MAAC Selections
- Williams and junior center Kassondra Brown were both named to the All-MAAC Second team earlier today.
- Williams, a native of Piscataway, New Jersey, was also named to the Preseason All-MAAC Second team.
- Brown, who transferred in from Rhode Island this season, leads the team in scoring, rebounding, steals, and blocks.
- The Abington, Pennsylvania product recorded nine straight double-doubles in conference play before the streak was snapped against Fairfield to close out the regular season.
Dre's Year
- Williams hit three three pointers in the game against Rider on 2/12. She broke the career three-point record at Saint Peter's, as she now has 175 and counting. Tania Kennedy '09 previously held the record with 167 during her outstanding career.
- Williams reached the 1,000 point milestone at Saint Peter's in the last game against Marist, scoring a layup with 3:26 left in the fourth quarter to hit the magic number. She is the 24th Peacock in history to achieve this.
- Williams eclipsed the 2,000 point mark of her career with 3:47 remaining in the second quarter against Canisius on 12/19. She has achieved that total by scoring for both FDU-Florham and Saint Peter's.
- Williams ranks sixth amongst the active career scoring leaders in the country.
- She is ranked seventh amongst the active career three-point field goal leaders in the NCAA.
Season In Review
- The Peacocks have been up and down all season, showing glimpses of greatness while also struggling at times.
- Saint Peter's started off the season by losing two straight games at Rutgers and at Lehigh. They then won their first ever game in Run Baby Run Arena, taking down NEC powerhouse Wagner.
- Saint Peter's then lost three straight games against Howard, NJIT, and Morgan State. They followed that with a road win at NJIT.
- After losing to Coppin State in the next game, the Peacocks rattled off three straight victories, taking down Niagara, Canisius, and FDU before Covid halted the season.
- Following the pause, the team lost two straight games against Quinnipiac, but followed that up with wins over Canisius and Iona.
- Saint Peter's lost four of their next five, with losses coming against Manhattan (Twice), Fairfield, and Monmouth. The Peacocks took down Marist in the middle of that stretch.
- The team returned after the Monmouth loss with wins over Siena and Rider at home, followed by two straight road losses to Marist and Iona.
- The Peacocks rebounded again with home wins over Niagara and Monmouth, before losing their last three games against Rider, Siena, and Fairfield.
