How It Happened
- The Peacocks struck first in the top of the first inning, with sophomore outfielder Collin Jensen getting an RBI to knock in graduate outfielder Tom Buckman.
- Longwood scored 23 runs over the course of the first five innings.
- Longwood would tack on another run in the bottom of the seventh.
