  • The Peacocks return home this weekend for two games, starting with Siena on Thursday.
  • The Peacocks are coming off of a 70-59 win over Rider last game. Graduate guard Kendrea Williams led the team with 19 points.
  • The last time the Peacocks matched up with the Broncs, Williams and senior guard Binta Salawu each scored 13 points, helping the Peacocks advance to the MAAC Finals by beating Rider 72-67 in last year's tournament.

  • Williams reached the 1,000 point milestone at Saint Peter's in the last game against Marist, scoring a layup with 3:26 left in the fourth quarter to hit the magic number. She is the 24th Peacock in history to achieve this.
  • Williams eclipsed the 2,000 point mark of her career with 3:47 remaining in the second quarter against Canisius on 12/19. She has achieved that total by scoring for both FDU-Florham and Saint Peter's.
  • Williams ranks fifth amongst the active career scoring leaders in the country.
  • She is ranked seventh amongst the active career three-point field goal leaders in the NCAA.
  • She is also two made three pointers away from being the all-time leader in three point field goals made at Saint Peter's.

Middle of the Pack

  • The Peacocks currently sit sixth in the MAAC standings with just a little under a month left in the season. They have a 6-6 record in conference.
  • The team sits behind Fairfield, Quinnipiac, Manhattan, Monmouth, and Niagara. Saint Peter's has a 1-6 record combined against those teams.

Late Introduction

  • This will be the first matchup between the Broncs and the Peacocks this season. 
  • The Broncs started the season 0-5 before beating NJIT who the Peacocks lost to, and Army on the road. 
  • This will be the first meeting between the Peacocks and the Broncs since they met in the MAAC Semifinals last season. 
  • The three-seeded Peacocks took down the seventh-seeded Broncs 72-67 in Atlantic City. Williams and senior guard Binta Salawu each played thirty minutes and scored 13 points in the victory. 
  • The two teams will meet again in exactly two weeks.
