HAMDEN, CT- The Saint Peter's University men's soccer team lost to Quinnipiac 4-0 on Saturday afternoon.
Game Notes
- Quinnipiac got started early, scoring in the ninth minute.
- Graduate goalkeeper Guillem Badenes Mecho made two saves across the next ten minutes, but the Bobcats got on the board again in the 20th minute to make it 2-0.
- Quinnipiac scored again in the 33rd minute. The Peacocks were unable to record a shot in the first half as the Bobcats held a 3-0 lead at the break.
- The Peacocks awoke out of the halftime break, as freshman midfielder Reiss Skeen, sophomore defender Charlie Hare, senior forward Antonio Green, and senior midfielder Fabian Schmid each had shots on target within the first 15 minutes out of the half.
- Skeen had two more attempts saved in the half.
- Quinnipiac added on a fourth goal in the 85th minute to seal the victory.

- The Peacocks registered ten shots. Skeen led the way with four. Schmid and sophomore forward Mikkel Fodstad added two each.
- Saint Peter's recorded six shots on target. Skeen had three, while Green, Hare, and Schmid each had one.
- Badenes Mecho made four saves.
