JERSEY CITY, NJ – The Saint Peter's women's volleyball lost three sets to one against Siena on Sunday.
Freshman Elena Bilhartz was the Peacocks leading scorer on the day, tallying 8.5 points.
Match Notes
- The Peacocks never led in the first set, losing to the Saints 25-14.
- After keeping it close for the beginning of the second set, Siena went on a 5-0 run to create a big lead. The Peacocks were unable to comeback, as the Saints won 25-14.
- The Peacocks took the third set for their first home set win of the season. Siena led 20-14, but the Peacocks went on a 13-5 run to take the set.
- Siena rebounded in the fourth, taking the set 25-11. The Peacocks held a 1-0 lead, but trailed the rest of the set.
