Schedule Changes
Foul Play
- Despite dropping the matchup against Manhattan last time out, the Peacocks hung around without their two stars in the game.
- Williams and junior center Kassondra Brown were in foul trouble all night. Williams picked up three fouls in the first quarter, while Brown headed into halftime with three fouls as well.
- Both players picked up their fourth fouls in the third quarter, and Brown ultimately fouled out of the game in the fourth quarter.
- The two combined for 25 minutes, but scored 21 of the teams 56 points.
MAAC Championship Rematch
- The two regular season matchups between the Red Foxes and the Peacocks were played close. However, Marist ran over Saint Peter's in the conference championship game.
- Senior guard Binta Salawu led the team in scoring with six points, making two threes in the game.
- Saint Peter's only scored 30 points in the game, which was their lowest total of the season.
- It was their first conference championship appearance since 2002.
- Four of Marist's top five scorers from the championship game are no longer members of the team.
