- The Saint Peter's University baseball team returns to the diamond this weekend, welcoming Marist College to Jersey City for a MAAC series.

- Starting righty, Ian Concevitch has been dealing at the mound for Saint Peter's dating back to his first year with the squad last season.
- Concevitch started this season by pitching a complete game shutout in the opener against Niagara.
- The Rosewell, GA native pitched all 7.0 innings, striking out six and only allowing four hits and a single walk during the outing.
- Over his past two starts dating back to last season, Concevitch has posted a 2-0 record, posting complete game victories over Niagara and Rutgers, with a stat line of 11 strikeouts, two walks, eight hits allowed, and a 0.0 earned run average.
