How It Happened

- Marquart crossed home plate for the second time in the game after an error by the Purple Eagles, breaking the tie.
- Then, with runners on the corners, Saint Peter's successfully executed a double steal when Vitiello stole second and Andrew Connor stole home, putting the home side ahead 4-2.
