- The Saint Peter's University women's basketball team is set to host Wagner in Run Baby Run Arena tomorrow night at 7 p.m.
- The Peacocks are coming off of a season that saw great success, as they reached the MAAC Championship game. The program had not done that since 2002.
- The Peacocks are coming off of a 84-68 loss at Lehigh this past Tuesday.
Last Time Out
- Saint Peter's dropped their second straight match of the season opener against Lehigh this past Friday.
- Despite the score, the Peacocks fought the whole way and didn't quit. The matchup was the second straight opponent that had qualified for the 2020-21 NCAA Tournament.
- Graduate guard Kendrea Williams made a buzzer beater from just inside half court to finish off the third quarter. She finished the game with 18 points.
- Junior center Kassondra Brown dominated throughout the game, picking up a season high 16 points. She led the team in rebounds (8), assists (4), and steals (4).

Top Performers This Season
- Preseason All-MAAC Second Team selection Kendrea Williams led the way with a season-high 18 points for the Peacocks against Lehigh. She shot 8-of-15 (53%), while also shooting 2-of-7 behind the arc (29%).
- Brown scored a season-high 16 points Friday at Lehigh, which was just two short of her career high. She also grabbed eight rebounds and added four assists.
- Senior guard Tyara McQueen led the Peacocks off the bench against Lehigh, scoring a season high 12 points, which was also two short of her career high. She also added three rebounds.
Run Baby Run
- Wednesday's matchup against Wagner will be the Peacocks first regular season matchup in the newly renovated Run Baby Run Arena.
- Saint Peter's played nine home games in the 2020-21 season, playing their games at NJCU last season. They finished with a 6-3 record at home.
- The Peacocks last played a full season at home on campus in 2019-20. They finished the season with a 5-7 record at home.
In Need of a Win
- The Peacocks are looking for their first win of the season this Wednesday night after losing the first two games to Rutgers and Lehigh.
- Saint Peter's hasn't lost the first three games of the season since the 2016-17 campaign when they lost their first six games of the season. They only won three games that year.
