The Saint Peter's women's volleyball team returns to action when they travel across the Hudson to battle Manhattan on Wednesday night.
The two teams are meeting for the first time this season and are both looking to notch their second wins of the fall.

History with Manhattan

The two schools have met 51 times previously with Manhattan holding a 36-15 edge dating back to 1984.
Manhattan took the last encounter in 2019 in Jersey City by a 3-1 margin, although the Peacocks took the opener in Riverdale by an identical score.

Graduate student setter Wildalys Soto is ranks seventh in the conference at 6.86 assists per set.
Senior outside hitter Alanis Alvarado is at ninth in the league in kills per set (2.79) and points per set (3.09)
Sophomore libero Alwen Pila is ninth in the conference with 0.31 aces per set. She's also among the team's top defensive players, averaging a team-high 3.61 digs per set.
Freshman middle blocker Suzzanne Bigelow has been near the top of the league leader board in blocks throughout the season, leading the team with 44.0 total and 0.80 blocks per set.
