Coach's Quotes - Shaheen Holloway
  • On Turner and the play around him - "He is our guy. We go as he goes. He got comfortable in the second half and started hitting some shots, and I think that is what opened it up for us."
  • Game plan on the last possession - "We tried to run some action. We tried to confuse them a little bit with Te [Turner] coming off the side of a screen and they jumped out like I knew they would and Sammy [Idowu] would be open at the top for the three that came up short."
  • How the team will bounce back - "We head home on Sunday and we just have to take care of home. We have to find a way to win on the road. That is what happened. We won the home opener against Siena and then went on the road against Monmouth and lose that game then we lose this game. We just have to take care of home on Sunday and try to bounce back."

Up Next
  • The Peacocks return to Jersey City on Sunday, January 13, when the squad will play host to Marist at 1 p.m.
