Men’s Soccer and Bucknell Draw at 1-1 on Saturday Night

The Peacocks record goes to 2-4-1 following the tie

LEWISBURG, PA – The Saint Peter's men's soccer team and the Bucknell Bison played 110 full minutes of action, leading to a 1-1 tie on Saturday night. The Peacocks record now sits at 2-4-1 on the season.
 
Game Notes
  • Marco Torino scored the first goal of the night at 19:41 taking a shot from the right edge of the box from an assist delivered by Wilber Nunez.
  • The Bison responded in the 68th minute of the second half, with the game-tying goal off of a penalty kick.
  • Throughout overtime, both teams had scoring opportunities with five shots delivered by Saint Peter's and four taken by Bucknell, but neither team could find the goal resulting in the 1-1 draw.
