Coach's Quotes - Shaheen Holloway
  • "I thought that they came out with more energy than us. I've got to do a better job of getting my guys ready to compete. I thought we had a good day at practice yesterday, I thought we were ready. They came out, made a couple of shots early, and then it was an uphill battle after that."
  • "We are always going to fight. That is who I am and that is what my team is always going to do. We are always going to fight until the end. It's really hard to spot guys points and then try to battle your way back and that is what happened. We spotted them some points and then they went up 15 or 16 points and you're wasting a lot of energy trying to battle back in the game."
Up Next
  • The Peacocks conclude non-conference play on Saturday, December 29 at home with a meeting against Hampton at 1 p.m.
