Parents: Derrick Conrad & Cavelle Watson

2010-11: Had strong seasons in both Cross Country and Track & Field. Established personal bests of 11:04 in the 3,000m and 19:52 for 5,000m. Three time MAAC All-Academic team member.

2009-10: Ran a personal best of 41:58.26. Member of MAAC All-Academic Team.  

2008-09: Outdoor: 8th place at MAAC Championships in Steeplechase. Indoor: Member DMR that finished in 6th place at the MAAC Championships.
