Scott Rodgers enters his second season as an assistant coach for the Saint Peter's men's basketball team in 2025-26. He joined the Peacocks' staff ahead of the 2024-25 season.
Rodgers came to Jersey City from Wagner College where he held roles of assistant coach and director of player development for the men’s basketball program from 2021-2024.

Rodgers was part of the Seahawks' NCAA Tournament run in 2024 as Wagner won their First Four contest. The 2021-22 Seahawks were the first team in NEC history to feature four All-NEC players, including the Player of the Year and Defensive Player of the Year and an All-Rookie Team honoree.

Prior to Wagner, Rodgers had a successful professional career, which included stints in over eight countries, mostly in Central and South America, and lasted more than a decade.Â
In 2014, Rogers led the Rochester RazorSharks to a PBA championship. He also helped Correcaminos de Colon to the LPB finals and earned Latinbasket.com All Panamanian LPB Honorable mention honors for the 2020 season.
