Morgan Williams joined the men’s basketball coaching staff in 2021-22, serving as Shaheen Holloway’s Director of Player Development/Recruiting Coordinator.

Williams most recently served as an assistant coach at Mount Aloysius College for three seasons. Prior to his time at Mount Aloysius, he worked on the staff of Mount St. Mary's University as head student manager from 2015-2018 and also served as a coordinator for the basketball’s team camp. While at Mount St. Mary's, Williams helped coaches in practice, games and conditioning sessions. He also created a system to tally player effectiveness and aided in video scouting for the program.

Williams graduated from Mount St. Mary's in 2018 with a degree in Communications with a concentration in Public Relations.
