JERSEY CITY, N.J. – The Saint Peter's men's basketball team plays its final nonconference game of the regular season on Monday when the Peacocks tip off against Centenary (N.J.) at noon ET at Run Baby Run Arena.
After a tough overtime loss to Georgetown on the road, the Peacocks (4-5) return home for one more game against the Cyclones (2-6) before continuing MAAC play in late December. So far this season, Saint Peter's is 4-1 when playing at home in Jersey City.
Bryce Eaton has heated up in his last few outings, averaging 17 points, 4.3 assists and three rebounds in games against Canisius, Niagara and Georgetown. The backcourt duo of Eaton and
TJ Robinson has been a problem for opposing teams, and Saint Peter's expects it to be no different on Monday.
With a win over Centenary, head coach
Bashir Mason would pick up his 50th win as head coach of the Saint Peter's men's basketball program.
