JERSEY CITY, NJ. - The Saint Peter's men's basketball team travels to Newark, NJ for a nonconference matchup with NJIT (0-1) on Saturday. The Peacocks are 5-0 all-time against the Highlanders.

Latrell Reid
- Saint Peter's men's basketball senior Latrell Reid was named the Hercules Tires MAAC Student-Athlete of the Week this week.
- In the Peacocks' season opener against Seton Hall at the Prudential Center, Reid led the Peacocks with 14 points and shot 100% (2/2) from three-point range. This tied a career-high for Reid as he finished with 14 points, four rebounds, and two assists.
- The New Jersey native played a team-high 30 minutes.
