JERSEY CITY, NJ. - Saint Peter's Athletics is on the road this week. The Saint Peter's men's soccer team concludes its regular season on Wednesday, and volleyball travels for two conference matches.
Golf
On Monday, Oct. 30 the SPU Golf team competes in the Wagner Metropolitan Intercollegiate Championship. During the practice round on Thursday, Oct. 27. SPU sophomore Shiv Manhas hit a hole-in-one on the third hole at the Rocky Spring Golf Club. Additionally, SPU's Antonio Conde Ortega, Pabloe Alvarez, Jeffrey Yong, Adam Varela, and Parker Gray will compete for the Peacocks. This is the last tournament of the fall season for SPU.
Men's Soccer
The Saint Peter's men's soccer team wraps up the regular season on Wednesday, Nov. 1. The Peacocks travel to Lawrenceville for a conference match at Rider (8-3-4). The Peacocks currently sit at tenth in the MAAC standings. SPU senior goalkeeper Pedro Alves leads the nation in total saves with 96 and saves per game with 6.4.
Volleyball
The Saint Peter's volleyball team has its final two road matches this weekend. On Saturday, Nov. 4 the Peacocks travel to Niagara Falls, NY for a conference match at Niagara (10-12). The match begins at 1PM and will be streamed on ESPN+. On Sunday, Nov. 5, the Peacocks will face off against Canisius (8-14). The match starts at 12PM. Both matches will be streamed on ESPN+.
