Match Notes

- The Peacocks would be outscored 2-12, to lose the lead and ultimately only tally six total points the rest of the way, dropping the opening game 12-25.
- An early kill by Brianna Jones to start game number two would be the Peacocks lone lead in the set, eventually falling 13-25.
- Game three was off to a competitive start, with a block from Stephanie Rivera and a pair of kills by Wildalys Soto and Angeleyshka Curbelo put SPU ahead 4-2.
- The Peacocks maintained a two-point lead after a bad set and service error by the Bobcats (6-4).
- Despite the good start by the visiting squad, Quinnipiac outscored SPU 21-9 from that point on, taking the third game and match from the Peacocks.
