Kicking Things Off

The Saint Peter's University men's soccer team hits the road this weekend as they travel to Lexington, Virginia on Saturday (Sept. 21) to take on VMI.
The Peacocks are riding high after a thrilling victory over St. Francis Brooklyn last Saturday in their home opener.
Junior midfielder Alex Garcia notched his first goal as a Peacock in that match against the Terriers, burying a beautiful feed from junior forward Dominic Laws and freshman midfielder Omar Seghiri.
Freshman goalkeeper Herman Wulff earned his first career start against St. Francis Brooklyn and promptly secured his first clean sheet of his collegiate career through nearly the entirety of the contest.

History with the Keydets

Saturday's match marks the first meeting between the two sides.
This will also be the first time that the Peacocks have played a team from the Southern Conference (SoCon).

The Peacocks return to the Garden State and will travel to Big Ten foe Rutgers University on Tuesday, Sept. 24 at 7 p.m.
