Box Score BRONX, NY – The Saint Peter's baseball team was defeated in a mid-week contest by Fordham on Wednesday in Bronx, NY. The Peacocks dropped the contest 29-1.
Nick Ciocco (Cherry Hill, NJ / Cherry Hill) put together a great night at the plate, going 3-for-4 with a double and a scored run. Anthony Ramos (North Bergen, NJ / North Bergen) recorded a hit and logged the Peacocks lone RBI, while Eric Mercado (Bronx, NY / All Hallows) and Jared Quintero (Paterson, NJ / Passaic County Tech HS) each had one hit on the night.
The Peacocks will resume conference action this weekend with a road series in Buffalo, NY against Canisius. The Peacocks will meet the Golden Griffins in a doubleheader on Saturday, April 7 beginning at 10:30 a.m. and will play a single game on Sunday, April 8 at 2:30 p.m.
