PISCATAWAY, NJ - The Saint Peter's outdoor men's and women's track & field teams competed in the Metropolitan Intercollegiate Championships this weekend. The men's squad finished seventh overall with 38 points and the women finished ninth. Meredith Przybocki placed second in the high jump event and Jamel Presley placed second in the 110m dash.
Highlighted Men
Jamel Presley came in second in the 110m dash with a time of 14.89 in the final rounds. Jermaine Lascelles finished fourth with a time of 48.94 in the 400m dash. Mike Spark had his season best in the discuss throw with a 43.39m distance.
Highlighted Women
Meredith Przybocki led in the High jump with a leap of 1.62m while Adia Ledbetter threw a distance of 11.79m in the shot put event.
Next up
The Peacocks will compete in the Delaware Classic on April 22 at the University of Delaware.
