Box Score JERSEY CITY, NJ – The Saint Peter's women's soccer team fell 2-0 to Siena College on Saturday afternoon at Jaroschak Field in Jersey City, NJ. With the loss, the Peacocks MAAC record drops to 0-6-1.
"I got a committed and hard fought performance from my players against a strong Siena team today," said head coach Melissa Sherwood. "We had some very good individual performances. As a group, we are massively improving and we have to continue to improve and develop so that we can take the next step and start getting points out of games."
The Saints got goals from Michele Tremblay and Madison Vasquez on the afternoon.
Saint Peter's goalkeeper, Taylor McLean made six saves in goal. Nicole Rodriguez and Kelsey Nugent each registered one shot on goal.
The Peacocks are back in action on Wednesday, October 19 for their senior day game against Canisius at 3pm.
