Isaiah Harris Earns Second Team All-American Honors At The NCAA Indoor Championships

Albuquerque, N.M. – Isaiah Harris (Orange, N.J./Immaculate Conception) concluded his fantastic indoor track and field season on Friday at the NCAA Indoor Track & Field Championships.

Harris placed 14th in the High Jump, earning him second team All-American honors. He is the first Saint Peter's track and field athlete to ever garner this accolade. 

Isaiah had a great indoor track and field season, earning several conference awards for his performances. Earlier this season, Harris was named Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference (MAAC) Indoor Track and Field Male Performer of the Week for his performance at The Great Dane Classic. He was also named Most Outstanding Performer for Field Events at the MAAC Indoor Track and Field Championships for his record breaking first place finish in the high jump of 2.21 meters. His high jump was a personal best and broke the MAAC record for the meet set in 2005.

Harris and the Saint Peter's track and field team return to action Mar. 21-22 to compete in the Charlotte 49ers Classic.
