Opening Pitch - The Saint Peter's University baseball team returns to Jaroschak Field for a three-game Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference series against the Jaspers of Manhattan College this weekend...since winning the first two league series of the season and starting MAAC action at 4-2, the Peacocks have lost two straight series and come in at an even 6-6 in league play...the front end of Saturday's doubleheader marks the beginning of an 11 game homestand for the Peacocks stretching until May 12th... 

Peacocks vs. Manhattan -  Tomorrow afternoon marks the 98th ever meeting between the Peacocks and Jaspers...Saint Peter's is 47-51 all time against Manhattan, since the teams' first meeting in 1981...last year, the Jaspers swept the three-game series in Riverdale, N.Y....
