Dominique went 10-for-19 from the floor and 1 of 5 from behind the arc for his second 20-point performance of his career and his first at the Yanitelli Center. The junior also registered two assists and one steal to help the Peacocks (2-3) to their second-straight win.

Jordan Reed paced the Bearcats (1-5) with 20 points and 10 rebounds while Yosef Yacob added 17 points in the loss.

Saint Peter's took the lead in the waning minutes of the first half and never looked back to earn its third win in the series against Binghamton.

With the Bearcats holding a 21-18 lead, Dominique started a 10-0 run for Saint Peter's with a tip-in and Trevis Wyche (Neptune, N.J./Saint Peter's Prep) gave the Peacocks the lead for good on two free throws at the 3:05 mark.

Dominique followed Wyche's two free throws with a jumper at 2:26 before Welton scored in the paint at 1:47 and Gaskins nailed a jumper at 1:28 for a 27-21 advantage.

Reed then made 1 of 2 at the free throw line with 56 seconds left before Gaskins hit another jumper seven seconds later only to see Reed end the first half scoring with a layup with 18 ticks left, but Saint Peter's went into the locker room with a 30-24 lead.

The Bearcats scored 15 of the first 25 points in the final stanza to trim the margin to 40-39 with 12:44 on the clock. Magnus Richards and Yacob each had four points in that stretch for Binghamton.

Dominique answered with a big dunk at 12:16 to give the Peacocks a 42-39 edge. Saint Peter's would stretch its lead to double digits four times the rest of the way.

After Fields connected on two free throws at 4:43 to hand the Peacocks a 60-49 advantage, Binghamton scored six unanswered points thanks to a 3-ball by Yacob, a free throw and a jumper by Reed to trim the margin to 60-55 with 2:49 left.

Chris Burke (Willingboro, N.J./Willingboro) answered with a trey in the corner at 2:23 and Washington nailed a jumper at 1:52 to restore the 10-point margin for Saint Peter's en route to a 70-57 victory.

The Bearcats jumped out to a 5-0 advantage in the first two minutes and 10 seconds of the game.  The Peacocks answered to tie the game at 7 and 9 before Binghamton went on a 6-2 spurt to grab a 15-11 lead after a Nick Madray 3-ball at 9:09.

Saint Peter's came back to tie the game at 16, but with the score tied at 18 the Bearcats grabbed the lead for the final time after a Yacob trey at 5:31. Dominique answered with a tip-in at 4:32 and Wyche made two free throws to give the Peacocks the lead for good.

The Peacocks have won back-to-back games for the first time this season and the first time since winning the first three games of the 2012-13 campaign.
