The Saint Peter's University men and women's indoor track and field teams posted strong performances at the NY Armory Collegiate Series this past weekend.
The men finished 4th out of 14 teams, while the women placed 5th.
Isaiah Harris led the men, recording a 1st place finish in the Triple Jump, whi Jamie Presley set a personal best in the High Hurdles with a time of 8.15.
Tevin Cunningham, Steve Ferville, Ieshawn Johnson and Lance Weaver (2nd in the 1000m) also scored for the Peacocks.
The women were led by Cristina Vilsaint and Cherrice Brown, who posted ECAC qualifying standards in the Weight Throw. Jaleesa Dunlap placed fourth in the 1000 meters; establishing a personal best of 3:00.52.
Both squads return on Friday, January 18, at the Great Dane Invitational.
