Radford Sweeps Volleyball; Behrens Named To All-Tournament Team

In their last game of the West Virginia Golden Horseshoe Tournament, the Saint Peter's University volleyball team was defeated by Radford University in consecutive sets today (13-25, 14-25, 12-25).

Jenny Pliska finished with a match-high 17 digs in the loss, while Kristina Baehr added 12 assists and 7 digs. Freshman Lauren Behrens led the Peacocks on the offensive end with a team-high 6 kills and also finished with 9 digs.

Behrens was named to the  All-Tournament Team.

The Peacocks return to action on September 15th, as they begin conference play against Fairfield.
