FAIRFAX, VA - The Saint Peter's University Peacocks (2-2) fell to the George Mason University Patriots (4-0) tonight 5-1. GMU jumped out to a 2-0 lead, but a goal by Noah Sadaoui late in the first half made the halftime score 2-1. The Patriots then scored three in the second half to put the game away.
Sadaoui's goal was his fifth of the season. He tallied seven all last season.
Saint Peter's was outshot 13-7 and the Patriots had 11 corners to the Peacocks three. Carlos Suarez made six saves for the Saint Peter's.
Saint Peter's will stay in the DC area and take on American on Sunday afternoon.
