Redshirt senior guard Davauhnte Turner led the Peacocks men's basketball team during the final month of 2018 in points, assists, steals and minutes. Turner averaged team-bests 16.7 points, 3.0 assists, 1.0 steals and 39.0 minutes leading the Peacocks to multiple overtime victories in December to close out non-conference action. He led the team in scoring in 4 out of 6 games, scoring over 20 points twice. Turner's best performances of the month came in the final two games against Fairleigh Dickinson and Hampton, where he scored 28 and 23 points respectively. 

On the season, Turner leads the team in scoring (17.4), assists (3.2), and steals (1.3). He ranks tops-15 in the MAAC in all three categories, sitting 3rd in scoring, 8th in assists, and 13th in steals.
